The alpha Marker Library serves as a useful reference for the statistical parameters (means, standard deviations and correlation coefficients) used in risk calculation, as well as other information about the screening markers.  The scientific literature reference for each value is shown by clicking on a link, as shown in the screenshot below.  The alpha Marker Library is a standard feature of Alpha version 7.0.
